Aurélien is a 31-story, 373-unit apartment tower nearing completion at 833 N Clark in the River North area of Chicago’s Near North Side.

Aurélien is a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and Ryan Companies as developers. Antunovich Associates is the architecture firm.

The apartments

Aurélien will have 78 studios and convertibles, 212 one-bedroom units, 76 two-bedroom units and 7 penthouse apartments.

Apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets and pre-wiring for high-speed internet and cable. Some of the units will have private balconies.

Amenities, services, policies

Aurélien will have amenities on three different levels including the 31st floor, a fourth-floor terrace and the ground floor.

The 31st-floor amenities will include a resident lounge, party room with a gaming center, and a fitness center. There will be a sundeck with outdoor pool, private cabanas and fireplaces.

The fourth-floor terrace features bocce ball courts, grilling stations and fire pits.

The first floor will include a library, resident lounge, business center, conference room and dog run with grooming stations.

Management and leasing staff will be on-site and the building will have door staff. On-site parking and storage will be available.
